Delivery Policies

We know it's really satisfying to have products delivered at the earliest possibility, and we try to do so.

Once you have placed your order, it takes us 24 to 48 hours to have it ready,

because it is personalized for you and your loved ones.

For UAE: Once your order is ready, we make sure to have it delivered within 3-5 working days. 

For rest of GCC countries:  We are working towards setting up delivery, for now orders are not accepted and fulfilled.

Delivery charges are free on all orders above AED 250.

Return Policies

We accept and process return of products, only in the case of any damaged good is received by you.

Otherwise we do not accept returns or refunds because each item sold is customized and personalized,

by an individual during placing the order, and it shall not be useful for any other person. 

We request and recommend you to check for your suitable sizes during placing the order,

to make sure you have the right size for you and your loved ones,

and this would avoid any need of returns or exchanges.
